Muscle Manager is a unique app that tracks your workout history and applies this to a physical representation of your body. The ‘Manager’ screen will allow you to clearly monitor those muscle groups you have worked on and those muscle groups that you have tended to neglect. Through this interactive body manager you will clearly be able to track you exercise and it will help you to ensure that you have a total body workout.

Muscle Manager provides you with over 200 exercise routines and gives you a complete gym workout schedule that will work a wide range of muscle groups. Through the physical exertion slider you can gauge your physical exertion for that particular workout and the muscle manager will record and update you physical representation accordingly. As your muscles recover, Muscle Manager will automatically fade those muscles, so that you know they have recovered and are due a further workout.

New for 2014: Mix up your routines by using the new shuffle button that will keep your body guessing as to which exercise you will be doing next.
